Whilst the 60 day online self led program has amazing results and has already transformed hundreds of lives, I understand some people want direct support to uncover the reasons they have not been able to quit drinking.

When you choose 1:1 Deep Rewire Package you will receive 3 x 90 minute mind shift sessions, these sessions can be spread over 6 weeks.
I will also personalise and record a hypnosis, meditation and affirmation for you to repeat between sessions, these will be designed to reprogram your subconscious programs
In our sessions together we will be going deep into your subconscious programs ( your thought patterns and limiting beliefs ) to repattern and rewire in real time together.
Coaching is definitely not necessary to have success, but I understand some people want personalised support, this is a non judgemental safe space to work through emotions and deeply ingrained limiting beliefs that are holding you back.
IMPORTANT - This is not a traditional coaching program, you do not need accountability from anyone external to you. You will become accountable to yourself. I am not here to convince you to do the work. This is for people ready to transform and are committed to doing the work to free themselves. I am here to empower your choices, you have all the power within you to change, you just need someone to ask you the right questions. Then I give you the tools to repattern and rewire for freedom.
