After struggling to quit drinking at the end of my 25 year drinking career, I began researching why I couldn't quit, no matter how hard I tried.

I found my way out and now I help others lose the desire for alcohol by combining hypnosis, neuroscience backed neural repatterning methods, positive psychology tools and cognitive behavioural reprogramming (CBR) using my signature CLEAR framework. Q - I have already tried AA and Rehab. Will this work for me?

A - Yes, many previous participants had also tried everything and finally had success on completion of my program

Q - I have anxiety will this help me?

A - Yes, many previous participants struggled with anxiety, you also learn how to regulate your nervous system. Most participants now live anxiety free.

Q - Does this work for Alcoholics?

A - Yes, firstly 'alcoholics' are defined by traditional recovery as someone who has become physically dependant. You don't need to quit to begin the program. People can cut down safely and learn how inside the program. Always seek medical advice if worried. 'An alcoholic' can completely recover from addiction just like anyone struggling with AUD

Q - Is there support?

A - You will have access to a private Facebook group where people lift each other up and share wins. This is not a traditional recovery program. People don't actually need others in recovery for support to be able to recover. Nor do they need accountability from an external source. In saying that I am always available to answer questions and offer guidance and encouragement. But you have the power to change without anyone else for support.

Q - I don't drink everyday and I don't have trauma. Will this even work for me?

Q - Yes, some of my participants don't drink everyday but they are not happy with their relationship with alcohol. This program does help people finally heal from trauma but you don't need to have trauma to change.This program is not just about quitting drinking, it's a complete life transformation.

Q - Do you offer refunds if it doesn't work?

A - No, I don't know if you are truly going to show up for yourself and complete all the lessons and practice what I teach inside the program. Your results depend on your efforts. I can say with certainty if you show up and do the work you will have success.

Q - Is it hard? I have ADHD

A - No, it's not hard it's just different. The program now has audio for every lesson. So you can choose to read or listen. This is a self paced program and you have lifetime access. If you've learned how to walk or make a sandwich, you can learn how to reprogram.
