Discover How Cravings Can Begin Losing Their Power in Just One Session

Monday 8th June | Live Online | Replay Available for Registered Guests

If you've ever found yourself saying:

"Why do I still crave alcohol when I know it's hurting me?"

"Why can I stay motivated for a few days or weeks, then suddenly find myself drinking again?"

"Why does it feel like part of me wants to quit while another part keeps pulling me back?"

You're not weak.

You're not lacking willpower.

And you're certainly not broken.

The truth is that cravings and triggers are driven by deeply learned patterns within the brain and nervous system. Simply knowing alcohol is causing problems isn't always enough to override those automatic responses.

That's why in this free 1-hour live experience session, I'm going to show you a completely different way of approaching cravings.

One that works with your brain instead of fighting against it.

What You'll Learn

For the first 20 minutes, I'll walk you through the science behind cravings, triggers, and habit loops in a way that's simple and easy to understand.

You'll discover:

• Why cravings feel so automatic
• Why willpower often works temporarily but fails long-term
• How the nervous system drives many drinking behaviours
• Why stress, emotions, and triggers can feel impossible to resist
• How the brain forms craving pathways
• Why lasting change requires more than simply "trying harder"

Most importantly, you'll learn how the brain can update old patterns and create new responses.

Then It's Time to Experience the Process for Yourself

After the educational component, you'll be guided through a live NSPR experience session.

This is one of several science-based methods I use within my coaching programs and online course, to help people reduce cravings, change automatic drinking patterns, and create lasting recovery.

You'll remain fully aware, completely safe, and in control throughout the entire process.

First, you'll be guided into a calm and relaxed state.

Then we'll gently activate a craving or trigger using a guided visualization exercise.

This is important because change doesn't happen when a trigger is absent.

The craving network needs to be activated.

Not too much.

Not too little.

Just enough.

At that precise moment, we introduce what neuroscientists call a prediction error.

Instead of automatically needing alcohol to regulate discomfort, your brain experiences something different.

You successfully move through the trigger without drinking.

This creates an opportunity for the brain to update old expectations and record new learning.

Research suggests that when emotional learning networks are activated in the right conditions, they become temporarily open to change. During this window, new experiences can begin replacing old conditioned responses.

We'll repeat this process several times while measuring craving intensity throughout the session.

You'll literally be able to observe whether the craving begins losing some of its emotional charge and intensity.

What Results Can You Expect?

Many people notice:

• Reduced craving intensity
• Less emotional reactivity around triggers
• Greater confidence around urges
• Increased feelings of calm and control
• A new understanding of how change actually happens

However, it's important to set realistic expectations.

This free session is designed to give you a powerful experience of the process.

It is not intended to completely eliminate years or decades of drinking patterns in a single hour.

Most people require between 6 and 12 sessions to create substantial rewiring of long-established cravings and triggers, depending on factors such as:

• How long alcohol has been used as a coping strategy
• The strength of the triggers involved
• Current stress levels and nervous system patterns
• Individual learning history and conditioning

Think of this session as an opportunity to experience what's possible and see firsthand how quickly the brain can begin updating old patterns.

This Is Just One Part of the Bigger Picture

Inside my coaching programs, we use multiple evidence-informed approaches that address:

• Cravings and triggers
• Nervous system regulation
• Stress and anxiety management
• Emotional coping skills
• Habit loops and behavioural conditioning
• Self-sabotaging patterns
• Limiting beliefs
• The deeper drivers behind unwanted drinking

The goal isn't simply to stop drinking.

The goal is to make not drinking feel easier.

Questions, Feedback & Support

At the end of the session, we'll have time for a brief Q & A session

The only thing I ask in return for this completely free experience is your honest feedback.

If you notice a reduction in craving intensity, I'd love to hear about it.

If you don't notice a change, that's valuable feedback too.

Every experience helps us learn and improve.

Special Invitation

At the conclusion of the session, I'll briefly share details about my upcoming June Group Coaching Program.

You'll also receive access to a special attendee-only discount should you decide you'd like additional support in either my group or 1:1 Coaching Program.

There is absolutely no pressure to join.

This free experience is designed to provide genuine value whether you choose to continue working with me or not.

What Have You Got to Lose?

One hour.

That's all I'm asking.

One hour to learn how cravings really work.

One hour to experience a powerful neuroscience-based technique.

One hour to discover that change may be far more possible than you've been led to believe.

And perhaps one hour that changes the way you think about recovery forever.
