This is where real change happens
You won't just be learning tools, you'll be removing the desire and need to drink at the root
Maybe you know what you need to do, but just can't stick to it, having support, mentorship and accountability may just be the thing that's been missing
Learn from someone who's been where you are
Daily Support • Private WhatsApp Access • Community Included
Plus direct support from me
This is a safe, structured, highly supportive container where you will be guided step-by-step as you learn how to:
Break the cycle with alcohol
Understand and rewire the patterns driving your drinking
Regulate emotions and cravings in real time
Build new habits, beliefs, and coping mechanisms
Feel supported, connected, and accountable throughout the journey
Immediate access to the online course to work through in between coaching
You will never be left trying to figure this out alone.
You will also be introduced to an exciting never before seen technique that actually rewires triggers in minutes not months.
NSPR - Neuro - Somatic- Pattern - Rewire is a revolutionary method.
It's a way of actually changing a nervous system prediction.
In other words we can actually open up the neural pathway where the craving/trigger lives, using a method similar to memory reconsolidation, and rewire it in real time.
You may already know alcohol is no longer serving you.
Maybe you’ve tried to stop before.
Maybe you’ve promised yourself “this time will be different.”
Maybe you’re exhausted from the mental battle, the guilt, the starting over, or feeling like you should be able to do this on your own by now.
The truth is…
Most people don’t struggle because they lack willpower.
They struggle because they:
try to change in isolation
don’t have accountability
stay trapped in the same emotional and behavioural loops
don’t know how to apply the tools when real life happens
That’s exactly why this program exists.
You’re tired of starting and stopping
You know alcohol is affecting your life but struggle to stay consistent
You feel stuck in emotional drinking patterns
You’ve tried doing it alone and it hasn’t worked long term
You want structure, accountability, and real support
You don’t just want to stop drinking — you want to understand why you drink and finally change the deeper patterns underneath it
The Rewired 10-Week Reset is designed to help you create change in real time — not just learn about it intellectually.
This program combines:
neuroscience-based education
emotional regulation tools
mindset and belief work
accountability
community connection
real-time implementation
So you’re not just consuming information…
You’re actively changing your patterns with support every step of the way.
Inside this container we use my CLEAR Framework to help you:
identify the root patterns driving alcohol use
build emotional awareness
regulate cravings and triggers
shift limiting beliefs
create healthier coping mechanisms
and begin rewiring the behaviours keeping you stuck
This is where transformation happens.
Every Saturday at 10am AEST (via Zoom)
These calls are where transformation happens.
Each week we will:
unpack the emotional and behavioural patterns driving drinking
work through limiting beliefs and self-sabotage
apply the CLEAR Framework in real time
celebrate wins and work through challenges together
build emotional resilience and
self-awareness
Experience the power of NSPR
All in a safe, supportive, non-judgemental space.
Every Monday you’ll receive:
Reflection prompts from Saturdays session
worksheet
implementation tasks
Designed to help you apply the work directly to your real life.
This is not passive learning.
This is deep self-awareness and behavioural change work.
You will be added to a private cohort WhatsApp group where you’ll have:
daily connection and accountability
direct access to me
support from others walking the same journey
a safe space to share wins, struggles, and breakthroughs
You will also be able to privately message me for in-the-moment guidance and support when you need it most.
This level of access and accountability is one of the biggest reasons these groups create such powerful transformation.
These daily touch points help keep you connected to the work between coaching sessions.
This gives you even more support and consistency throughout the journey.
There is something incredibly powerful about healing alongside people who truly understand what you’re going through.
Inside these groups:
deep friendships are formed
shame begins to dissolve
people stop feeling alone
confidence grows
lasting change becomes possible
Many members continue supporting each other long after the program finishes.
Because real transformation happens through:
connection
accountability
support
implementation
and feeling safe enough to be honest
While the self-led program creates incredible results…
The 10-Week Reset gives you:
accountability
structure
live guidance
direct support
community
real-time coaching
personalised implementation
This is where we go deeper.
This is where patterns get challenged in real life.
This is where transformation accelerates.
I only run the Rewired 10-Week Reset a few times per year and places are intentionally limited.
This is not a large, impersonal program where you get lost in hundreds of people.
The groups are kept small so every member receives:
real support
direct access to me
personalised guidance
genuine accountability
and the opportunity to build meaningful connection within the group
Because of the level of support included:
weekly live coaching
direct WhatsApp access
private messaging support
community access
and ongoing check-ins
…I can only take a limited number of people each round.
And because these groups are so intimate and hands-on, spots often fill quickly once enrolments open.
If you’ve been thinking about changing your relationship with alcohol for a while…
If you keep telling yourself:
“I’ll start next week”
“I’ll do it when life calms down”
“I should be able to do this on my own”
…just know that those same thoughts can keep people stuck for years.
There will never be a “perfect” time to change.
But there is a powerful difference between:
trying again alone
and
being fully supported while you do it.
And once this round begins, the next intake will not open again for several months.
Imagine where you could be 10 weeks from now if you fully committed to yourself instead of waiting for another “right time.”
Not just hoping things change.
Actually changing them.
With support.
With accountability.
With people beside you who truly understand.
By the end of the 10 weeks you will have:
a deeper understanding of why you drink
practical tools to regulate urges and emotions
healthier coping strategies
stronger emotional awareness
more confidence and self-trust
a supportive network around you
a personalised framework you can continue using long-term
Most importantly…
You’ll finally know what it feels like to not do this alone.
Upon completion, you’ll have the option to continue inside the Rewired Support Circle membership for ongoing accountability and weekly support calls.
This is highly recommended for members wanting continued connection, consistency, and support while integrating everything they’ve learned.
The membership is completely optional and offered at a low monthly cost after the program ends.
Your access is included free throughout the full 10 weeks.

"Finally I am free, I was going to buy the online course. But I know what I'm like, I buy course after course and never even start them. So I bit the bullet and joined up. I was in the August 2025 Group and met the most amazing people. I stopped drinking during week 3 in the program like over half of our group and have not wanted a drink since. I felt so supported and never judged and learned so much and actually used all my tools. Absolutely amazing, I can't thank Mel and my group enough. From a slab of beer I cut down safely with Mels support and have been sober and loving life since." Caleb.C
"Well, I started in the online program in June of 25 and I was doing really well. I had 5 months sober when I lost my job and went through a really rough time. I went through the course again and quit but I kept having the odd drink. I decided I needed some more accountability and support. I joined the Jan 26 group and got a lot of coaching on my past trauma. This was the game changer, I felt like a weight lifted and I could finally breathe. I met some really nice people in the program and we still check in with each other every few weeks on the original Whatsapp chat. Mel pops in every month to say hello as well. I felt like I was treated like a real person not just a client. Mel has a knack of reading peoples minds I'm sure of it. More than happy to provide a testamonial Mel, you are an angel. Thanks for giving me my life back". Matthew. P
"Best thing I ever did was join this group program. I had just come out of rehab after a 90 day stay for the 3rd time. My kids were sick of me, my husband was halfway out the door, when a friend who was in a program last year suggested I reach out to Mel. After a few conversations with Mel being very patient, I decided to join. Honestly I just thought if I can have a little sober time my husband won't leave. I never thought this would be the thing that worked. Within just 2 weeks I learned more with Mel than I did in all those rehab stints and AA meetings. I am not a broken alcoholic. I started the program 2 weeks after rehab and I was so close to drinking again. But I didn't I listened for the first few coaching sessions before I joined in and when I opened up everything changed. I healed things I didn't even realize were an issue from years before. I can honestly say I will never drink again. Forever grateful to Mel and all the friends I made". Tina
"I actually can't believe I'm one of these people getting to write a testamonial. I found Mel on TikTok last year and decided to join after being in AA for 6 years. I had some sober stints but I always went back to drinking and when I was on, I was on. Drinking a bottle of vodka and usually a bottle of wine a day for weeks. By week 5 in the group I put the bottle down and have not been tempted to drink again. I now see alcohol for what it really is. A poison and it adds no value to my life. I've stuck with the practices I learned and still meditate and journal often which my wife finds hilarious but its part of my routine now and it keeps me grounded. And no more AA for me either. I'm a free man and have been sober for 6 months with no intention of ever going back to that life." Nathaniel.S
No. You do not need to be sober to join. Many members begin while still drinking or actively trying to stop. The program is designed to support real-time behaviour change, not perfection before you start.
That is extremely common in this program. Many members have previously been through AA, rehab, counselling, or multiple attempts to stop drinking. Some identify as “chronic relapsers.” The most common feedback is that this approach feels completely different — because it focuses on rewiring emotional and behavioural patterns rather than just stopping drinking.
Relapse does not mean failure here. It is treated as part of the learning process. We work through what happened, what triggered it, and how to shift the pattern moving forward without shame or judgement.
You will receive a high level of support including:
Weekly live Zoom coaching calls
Private WhatsApp group with your cohort
Direct messaging access to me for in-the-moment support
Daily emails and journal prompts
Mid-week check-in support calls and community access
Replays of all coaching
You are supported both in structured sessions and in real-life moments when things come up.
Yes. You will have direct access via WhatsApp during the program for guidance, support, and accountability between sessions.
All coaching calls are recorded and made available so you can catch up at any time.
The self-led program gives you the framework and tools.
The 10-week reset adds accountability, live coaching, structure, and real-time implementation support. This is often what makes the difference between understanding change and actually sustaining it.
You can choose to continue inside the Rewired Recovery Community for ongoing accountability, weekly check-ins, and continued connection. This is optional.
No. You just need to be open and willing to work with the process. Many people begin unsure and gain clarity as they move through the program.
